avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la maternit\u00e9 de substitution dans l&#039;action inconstitutionnelle 16\/2016 qui a fini par reconna\u00eetre la maternit\u00e9 de substitution comme la r\u00e9ponse non seulement \u00e0 l&#039;infertilit\u00e9 des couples h\u00e9t\u00e9rosexuels, mais aussi comme la r\u00e9ponse au droit humain d&#039;avoir une famille pour les couples de m\u00eame sexe, les hommes c\u00e9libataires et les femmes c\u00e9libataires.<\/p><p>Cependant, cette d\u00e9cision vient souligner les probl\u00e8mes existants, tels que la l\u00e9gislation appropri\u00e9e sur la maternit\u00e9 de substitution aupr\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s locales, comme le registre civil, dont la contemplation subjective de la maternit\u00e9 de substitution n\u00e9cessite l&#039;existence d&#039;une sentence \u00e9mise par un juge pour enregistrer les b\u00e9b\u00e9s n\u00e9s de gestation pour autrui.<\/p><p>Nous avons travaill\u00e9 sur ce probl\u00e8me sous diff\u00e9rents angles et approches juridiques, et nous sommes d\u00e9sormais le cabinet d&#039;avocats le plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 fournissant des solutions de maternit\u00e9 de substitution pour l&#039;enregistrement des
