acceder a la Gestaci\u00f3n Subrogada en la Acci\u00f3n Inconstitucional 16\/2016 que termin\u00f3 reconociendo la Gestaci\u00f3n Subrogada como la respuesta no solo a la infertilidad en parejas heterosexuales, sino tambi\u00e9n como la respuesta al Derecho Humano a tener una Familia para Parejas del Mismo Sexo, Hombres Solteros y Mujeres Solteras.<\/p><p>Sin embargo, esta decisi\u00f3n viene a subrayar problemas existentes, como la adecuada legislaci\u00f3n de la Gestaci\u00f3n Subrogada ante las Autoridades Locales, como el Registro Civil, cuya contemplaci\u00f3n subjetiva de la gestaci\u00f3n subrogada requiere la existencia de una Sentencia dictada por un Juez para registrar a los beb\u00e9s subrogados.<\/p><p>Hemos estado trabajando en este problema desde diferentes
