sondern auch die Antwort auf das Menschenrecht auf eine Familie f\u00fcr gleichgeschlechtliche Paare, alleinstehende M\u00e4nner und alleinstehende Frauen.<\/p><p>Allerdings bringt diese Entscheidung auch bestehende Probleme mit sich, wie etwa die ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Regulierung der Leihmutterschaft durch lokale Beh\u00f6rden wie das Zivilregister, wo f\u00fcr die subjektive Betrachtung der Leihmutterschaft ein richterliches Urteil zur Registrierung von Leihmutterschaftsbabys vorliegen muss.<\/p><p>Wir haben dieses Problem aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln und mit unterschiedlichen
